Overview:

Flexible Lifetime - Super (FLS) is a simple and flexible superannuation plan which can be tailored to the changing needs of individuals and employers.  FLS offers a selection of over 60 investment options, flexible contribution options and optional insurance benefits that can be tailored to suit your needs.  FLS also has a competitive and simple fee structure including fee rebates for larger account balances.  Members have the ability to monitor their investment via our on-line services, and an auto-rebalancing facility allows clients to automatically rebalance their portfolio in line with their preferred investment strategy. Employers with FLS as their fund will have the additional benefit of a clearing house facility when they use eSuper to pay their superannuation contributions.

Future Directions Conservative To provide moderate returns over medium term through a diversified portfolio, with a bias towards defensive assets such as cash and fixed interest.
Future Directions Moderately Conservative To provide moderate returns over the medium to long term through a diversified portfolio of assets such as fixed interest, shares, property and alternative assets.
Future Directions Balanced To provide moderate to high returns over the medium to long term through a diversified portfolio, with a bias towards growth assets such as shares and property.
Future Directions Growth To provide high returns over the medium to long term through a diversified portfolio investing mostly in shares with some property, fixed interest and alternative assets exposure.
Future Directions High Growth To provide high returns over the long term through a portfolio investing mostly in Australian and International shares and a limited exposure to property and alternative assets.
Future Directions Property To provide moderate returns over the medium term primarily through investing in a diversified portfolio of Australian and global property related securities and direct property.
Future Directions International Share To provide high returns over the long term whilst accepting a higher level of volatility over the long term through a diversified portfolio of international shares.
Future Directions Australian Share To provide high returns (while accepting a higher level of volatility) in the long term by investing in shares listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Future Directions Australian Small Companies To provide high returns (while accepting a higher level of volatility) in the long term by primarily investing in smaller companies (outside the top 100 by market value) listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.In addition, an exposure of up to 20% may be invested in unlisted companies that are likely to be listed or companies that have recently moved into the top 100 category.
Future Directions Geared Australian Share To provide high returns (while accepting a high level of volatility)  over the long term, by investing primarily in shares (through the Future Directions Australian Share Fund) listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Capital will be increased through gearing (also known as borrowing) to provide magnified returns and losses compared to non-geared investments.
